Home / Downtown Revitalization
275 Hill Street Office / Retail Project
The proliferation of smaller mixed-use condo-retail projects continues with 275 Hill Street. Nestled in a cute enclave a couple blocks south of Park Tower and a couple blocks east of the new Mills Lane building, you can view below for its location (red square).
This building was pretty run down and a rehab like this is just what that area needs. Prior to the start of its rehab, this building had serious paint problems, broken The design is kind of 60's chic.
It's now home to a major design firm and chiropractic office.

This gets me much more excited than all of the new construction condo towers that have been announced, started, and/or cancelled. Small-scale redevelopment projects like this one are just what Downtown Reno needs!

This building is very run down, but I'm very interested in the work/live buildings being developed. I would like to hear more about this project, as a Newlands Manor Resident

Has this project started? When is it supposed to be complete. I know nothing about it.

Any update? I'm hoping with the retro look of the building that something cool is happening there. I'm very interested in seeing what the residential areas are like. Even though Ponte Vecchio looks to be a very nice project, it's far too chichi for me, so I hope this provides something more attainable (and cool--retro Modern would sell, sell, sell!).
