Park Place Student Housing in Reno

Park Place by Park7 Group is a large student housing project being constructed on the land between Sierra and Virginia Streets, by Rancho San Rafael Park about a mile outside of downtown Reno.

Amenities are pretty robust and include a two-story fitness center and basketball court on top of a five-story parking garage. The clubhouse includes sports courts, a gym, a pool, and golf simulator. The project itself will be a long five-story building.

There will be 267 units and 762 beds.
