Construction progress of Park Place and Uncommon Reno, two side-by-side student housing projects.These two projects are wedged between Sierra and Virginia Streets, just south of the Waldorf and 7-11.
Park Place amenities are pretty robust and include a two-story fitness center and basketball court on top of a five-story parking garage. The clubhouse includes sports courts, a gym, a pool, and golf simulator. The project itself will be a long five-story building.
There will be 267 units and 762 beds.
Uncommon Reno will house over 330 students and will feature amenities like private study rooms, a rooftop hot tub, and fitness center.
