The Montage

The Montage is located in the heart of downtown Reno at 255 North Sierra Street. It's orange color is easily recognizeable in the skyline. The Montage was constructed from 2006-2009 as a residential tower comprising of several different types of units. The Montage was formerly several casinos including the Golden Phoenix Hotel Casino.

The Montage is regarded as one of the most luxurious properties downtown, featuring different unit types such as lofts, poolide residences, tower units, and street-level townhome style units. The building features a pool, expansive landscaped rooftop deck, a garden deck, dog run and more.
