Yay! It's about time! This is exciting news for two historic homes to get permanent new homes on 4th Street. The homes have been sitting on stilts forever, in limbo, but now it looks like they will be set on permanent foundations, part of Jacobs' master plan for the 700 block of 4th Street, which includes the Gold and Silver Inn.
The three permits are below:
Site permit - GRADING & SITE IMPROVEMENTS. SITE PLAN AND CIVIL SHEETS INCLUDING GRADING, EROSION, AND UTILITIES FOR THE OVERALL MASTERPLANNED BLOCK.
Nystrom Foundation Permit - GRADING & SITE IMPROVEMENTS. NYSTROM HOUSE: SITE GRADING AND BUILDING A FOUNDATION TO SET THE NYSTROM HOUSE DOWN.
Scientology House foundation - GRADING & SITE IMPROVEMENTS. SCIENTOLOGY HOUSE: SITE GRADING AND BUILDING A FOUNDATION TO SET THE SCIENTOLOGY HOUSE DOWN.
