A permit has been submitted by the Sands for five new illuminated signs, submitted by 'S Resort'

Previous permits, submitted as recently as June 27, 2022, were all under the 'Sands' name or Jesr, LLC. This would be the first permit submitted under 'S Resort' so there's a possibility that's going to be the new rebranded name of the Sands.
