High St. Area Homes Empty Now

The properties in Red and Yellow are owned by one entity, 'Gateway Development LLC'. The homes that have a yellowish shade are now empty, and appear 'abandoned' and no effort is being made to re-rent them. I wonder what could be planned for this giant block of property, which is located across the street from the soon-to-be Grant's Crossing?

Center St. homes being dismantled

All of the property in red and yellow shades are owned by one entity, Alonso Properties LLC. The properties in yellow are now empty, abandoned, and being dismantled, which coincides with a piece of information a council-person told me. I wonder if the remaining properties in red will be demolished as well, to make way for a massive development of some kind?
