These are a nice addition to an area just south of downtown that has been left out of the loop for downtown redevelopment. Center Street just south of downtown has been revitalized the past few years, with several cute shops and a cafe. A very nice looking Senior Apartment project is getting its finishing touches just down the street from this project.

These are designed by award winning architect Jack Hawkins , who also designed LouLou's and the Stremmel Gallery. This urban loft showcases cutting edge design principals while keeping comfort and accessibility in mind. A true urban loft in Reno! This project is considered successful.
