Permits Filed for Exterior Improvements to Courtyard Inn on 4th Street

by Mike Van Houten / Nov 21, 2019

Three permits were filed for facade improvements, new handrails and guardrails on the property, re-lanscape and add an ADA ramp to 601 West 4th Street, which is the Courtyard Inn.

Nice to see another motel being refurbished instead of demolished on 4th Street.

Here are the permit links:

Permit 1

LOFT 601
ENTRY GATE. INSTALL NEW VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN ENTRY GATE INTO PARKING LOT.

Permit 2

LOFT
REMODEL. IMPROVE EXTERIOR FACADE, NEW GUARDRAILS AND HANDRAILS, NEW PAINT, RELANDSCAPE AND GRADE FOR ADA RAMP, INSTALL NEW TRASH ENCLOSURE.

Permit 3

The third permit was cancelled, perhaps a duplicate of the second permit.

The project for the time being has the nickname of 'Loft 601'

The property is a two story building with 38 units.

This property is owned by Jacobs Entertainment.
