Renaissance Hotel - Downtown Reno

Renaissance Hotel - Downtown Reno

by Mike Van Houten

What was formerly the Siena and Holiday Hotel Casino located at 1 South Lake Street in downtown Reno on the Truckee River, is now an ultra-high-end Renaissance Hotel by Marriott

The once-yellow hotel tower and lobby area is now painted a cream-white and off-black, and looks really sharp. A portion of the south parking lot is being converted into an outdoor adult play area which incudes bocce ball courts, a staple of many Renaissance-branded hotels. The casino has been removed, and is a non-smoking, non-gaming hotel. You can find more information, including renderings, in the related posts below.
