Demo permits have been filed for two more west 4th Street properties, 720 West 4th Street (Donner Inn) and 500 West 4th Street.

Building BLD18-02364 - Demo of Whole Building at 720 West 4th Street, the Donner Inn.

Building BLD18-02365 - 500 WEST 4TH STREET LLC - DEMOLITION. DEMO OF EXISTING BUILDING.

Also, Building BLD18-02366 - - 437 North Arlington Avenue, Stardust Lodge. - Demolition of whole building

When are you doing a follow-up about the Fountain District? I have some C.A.V.E. snark that is dying to get out about how when I think of the Sands and GDW the first thing that comes is TOTALLY fountains... and "art"... and "entertainment". Actually, that's all the snark I've got... I just want to know what Jacobs' plan is, and how long we can expect barren plots of land.
