J Resort submits $16 million permit for expansion

J Resort has submitted a permit for a large expansion of their casino. The permit valuation is $16,000,000. 

The permit reads

COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED J RESORT CASINO - SHELL CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS, INCLUDING SITE WORK, FOR EXPANSION. FIT OUT AND INTERIOR DRAWINGS WILL BE A SEPARATE PACKAGE TO BE SUBMITTED LATER THIS SUMMER 2024. SHELL PACKAGE INCLUDES PORTE COCHERE CAR ENTRY AND DROP OFF. THE BUILDING SHELL WILL BE TWO STORY, AND PROGRAMMING IS PLANNED TO INCLUDE FIRST FLOOR LOBBY, ADDITIONAL GAMING SPACE, ASIAN RESTAURANT NOODLE BAR, AND RESTROOMS AND SUPPORT SPACE. THERE WILL BE A MEZZANINE LEVEL FOR ADDITIONAL SUPPORT SPACE, STORAGE, AND GAMING SPACE. THE SECOND FLOOR IS PLANNED STORAGE AND MEETING AND MEETING SPACE. A NEW ELEVATOR AND STAIR WILL BE USED FOR ACCESS TO 2ND FLOOR. EXPANSION WILL TIE INTO EXISTING CASINO FLOOR.

So the permit will include a porte cochere for vehicles, more gaming space, an Asian restaurant noodle bar, and storage space. At one point plans also incuded a rooftop pool but not sure if that's still included.
