Permit for 121 Vesta Street - Project to Begin Soon

If you have any nostalgia for the former charter school at 121 Vesta Street on the corner of Vesta and Holcomb, you may want to say your goodbyes soon.

But now building permits have been submitted for the project, which you can review here. 

The building permit reads: 

COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDING, AND CONSTRUCTION OF 40 UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX AT 121 VESTA STREET.
