Reforma Project submits permit for tenant improvement - Good to see Reforma, at 11 N Sierra Street, formerly CineMark Century Riverside Theaters, still on a forward path. I 'think' this permit is for a new grease interceptor, which is required for food establishments that cook with...well...grease, i.e. restaurants.
