Although the big announcement was made a while back, it's still exciiting to watch the process of a new business occupying vacant space on Virginia Street. I love this old pic of Woolworths, which I found from this announcement, about a San Francisco developer in contract to redevelop 101 North Virginia Street, which did not materialize.
Anyway, a permit has been submitted for a new storefront for 101 North Virginia Street. The permit reads: COMMERCIAL REMODEL & ADDITION - TENANT IMPROVEMENT. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDED REMOVE EXISTING STOREFRONT REPLACE WITH NEW STOREFRONT
