Although previously under contract, the movie theater is now up for sale again, I'm presuming the previous sale that was under contract fell though (again).
The theater is now being offered up at $5,000,000, or $99/sf. This seems like a steal for a riverfront property in the heart of downtown Reno.
The theater sales has now failed twice, with the first developer passing away before the sale was finalized, and the second attempt failed for unknown reasons.
