A new multi-family project planned for the corner of Wells and Stewart Street just finished up the public review process. The project will consist of 69 apartments, of which 40 are studios and 29 are 1-bedroom units. Each unit will have a parking space in a two-level below-grade parking garage. There will be an approx. 2,000 square foot amenity space with a deck facing Wells Avenue.
Construction is slated to begin in 2020.
