Additional building permits filed for 38-sfr Spokane townhome project

by Mike Van Houten / Mar 22, 2024

Additional building permits have been filed for a 38-unit townhome project on Spokane Street between 4th and 6th Streets, breathing new life into a project delayed several times.

I reported on the first set of permits, along with an engineering permit review, here on this page back in May 2023

The permits are for new addresses 547 Spokane Street, 537 Spokane Street, 541 Spokane Street, 539 Spokane Street, 543 Spokane Street and 545 Spokane Street

These join identical permits for 569, 567, 565, 561, 573, 563, 571, and 575 Spokane Street. They all read:  RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. TOWNHOME NEW 3-STORY TOWNHOME CONSTRUCTION ON SLAB ON GRADE.

It should be noted the property is currently a vacant lot. I need to head over there and see if there's any construction happening yet.
