Rum! Rum, sugar and lime are the holy trinity of tropical drinks, and in the near future you'll be able immerse yourself in the tropics in Midtown at Rum Sugar Lime, or RSL for short.
Opening sometime late fall early winter at 1039 South Virginia Street, it will join Under The Rose Brewing Company at the recently renovated 1039 South Virginia project.
They filed for a remodel permit with the city.

Rum Sugar Lime will serve up craft cocktails with a specialty of rare rums.
Hope these guys open sometime soon. Seems like under the rose has been planning on moving into that building for years and it still not open as far as I know. Morgan’s lobster shack will certainly enjoy more foot traffic.
