Jacobs Entertainment has filed a pre-planning app for a large 60-foot tall sign for the Reno Neon Line, at 437 Stoker, which is a parcel next to I80, on the right-hand side as you drive into Reno from the West (see images below).
The sign displays 'Reno's Neon Line District' in neon-style font with 'Keystone exit to W. 4th Street' below it.
Much like their pre-planning app for the walkways, this permit submittal allows Jacobs Entertainment to submit a packet for staff to review as if it were a real permit submission, then schedule a meeting with the applicant to review any potential issues and provide NON-BINDING guidance.
