Park Lane Construction Update: New Buildings Going Up

I dropped by the Park Lane project today, and significant progress is now being made on building 1A (shown below) as well as the foundation for what I believe is Building 4C. The U-shape of the foundation matches the U-shape in the site plan, shown below. 

The retail front of Building 1C is coming along nicely, and the residential wrap around it is quickly catching up to the garage height on the west end, while the east end still remains at two levels.
