OneR Apartments will bring 70 apartments to MidTown, on the corner of Tonopah and West Arroyo Streets, and extends to West Pueblo Street across from El Adobe. The project, when completed, could bring some much-needed foot traffic to MidTown's primary retail strip.
The project consists of two three-story buildings, with 41 units in one building and 29 units in the other building ,totaling 70 units, with a combination of studio, 1-bedroom and limited 2-bedroom units.
