New Retail and Office Headed to Midtown!

Marmot and Par Tolles Buying 73,500 Square Feet of Midtown Retail

The rumor is, Marmot and Par Tolles are buying the Sticks commercial project, the Midtown Commons building across the street (Dreamer's, Dressed like That, etc), 777 Center, 677/681 South Virginia Street (where Finbomb Sushi just opened), 737 South Virginia Street and 955 South Virginia Street. 

Quick Tidbits: Neighborhood Shuffle in Midtown

Just a quick bit of news in Midtown today. Some of you may have noticed Creme closed its doors recently. I know, I was sure shocked because I eat here two times a week. I am addicted to their German crepes.

Anyway, turns out they are moving across the street to Theory's old location, and should be open soon!

I also heard a rumor that Sadie and Ivan from Midtown East bought 20 Cheney Street, and is moving Midtown Eats there, or may be opening a new venue there. Coupled with Hub and Death and Taxes and the soon-to-be-renovated Maytan building, this could be a hoppin' little block soon!
