The rumor is, Marmot and Par Tolles are buying the Sticks commercial project, the Midtown Commons building across the street (Dreamer's, Dressed like That, etc), 777 Center, 677/681 South Virginia Street (where Finbomb Sushi just opened), 737 South Virginia Street and 955 South Virginia Street.

Aces Tattoo Set to Move North 100 Feet or So To 675 South Virginia
I spotted some work going on at the former location of Penny's Midtown Merchantile, at 675 South Virginia next to Sup.

677 South Virginia to be Remodeled to House Three Businesses
677 South Virginia, the building that was home to Classic Skate Shop and currently Ace Tattoo, will soon be rehabbed by Origin 8 Architecture, and be reconfigured to house three businesses, as part of the Sticks project.
