Five new residential projects in the pipeline aim to add dense residential housing stock to central Reno. These five projects all applied for the 1000 homes in 120 Days program. 320 Grand Canyon

Project: 10,000 SF, three-story apartment building containing 18 one-bedroom units. Construction to begin later this spring or early summer. 6 of the units are Handicapped Adaptable Type B units that can easily be fine-tuned for tenants with mobility issues – each includes a roll-in shower.
