Scouring the permits today I ran across this one for a new bakery/restaurant at the Reno Public Market.

The permit value is $450,000, and the square footage the permit covers is 2500 square feet, and the permits includes plumbing, electrical etc.
2500 sf is too big for the food hall, so it could/should be its own storefront. I heard a rumor between Sprouts and the food hall.
The permit name is for 'BELOVED'S BAKERY AND CAFE'
