A new three-story apartment complex is headed to Ridge Street, from Desert Wind Homes, the same developer who developed the fantastic project at 200 South Center Street, converting a run-down closed weekly into high-end apartments (also the future home of Pine State Biscuits)
The address for the new apartment complex is 127 Ridge Street, and not much is known at this time about the design or architectural style, other than it will be three stories with parking at grade-level and apartment units on the upper two floors, and it will consist of 14 units.
A demo permit was issued in May for the two single family residences on the property.
