Greyhound site downtown sells for $7.5 million

by Mike Van Houten / Feb 3, 2022

The site where the former Greyhound bus station was located, at 155 Stevenson Street, has sold for $7.5 million and some change. The property sold from Greenway LLC to Riverwalk 155 LLC, according to the sales record

The property closed on 1/28/22. Riverwalk 155 LLC is owned by Stephen Kromer of Kromer Investments.

There was a very large residential project planned for this site, which included asking the city council for the abandonment of Stevenson Street, at which time the council denied it, citing concerns about pedestrian traffic circulation.
