Satellite is front and center in the Cal Ave District, next to Blue Moon Pizza (conveniently I might add). They recently did a big retrofit to the deck and patio area in preparation for the coming summer nights. This bar is groovy, plain and simple. Comfy cubed white seats and retro bar stools give a groovy 60's feeling. They have a small stage, where local bands and djs play it up in no one particular music style. The place is 'cozy' at 1000 square feet, so when it fills up you may want to step out onto their large deck for a cocktail under the stars.
