Dreamer's Coffee House Downtown Reno

Dreamer's, for Dreamers

Dreamer's Coffee House
Dreamer's, like Java Jungle, was downtown before the retail surge began. A long time staple, you can't do a downtown river stroll without stopping by Dreamer's for an amazing sandwich, work on your laptop a bit using the free wi-fi, or just have some relaxation time listening to the great live music they have there, or people-watching out the window. They have a cool mini-library where you can chill and read a book, and they have a few computer stations available for rent.

The interior is amazing, with exposed brick, rafters, beams, and duct-work, you truly feel the energy of the Riverside Hotel back in its hey-day. Riverside is now one of Reno's only live-work environments for artists, and has a waiting list for people to get pads here.

The most impressive thing about Dreamer's for me is their connection to local artists.

Year-round Dreamer's supports local and regional artists by providing them with a variety of diverse opportunities to show and sell their art work. Along with solo, group and theme shows, they also offer one-day showing opportunities during Wine walk, on the third Saturday of each month. All are great opportunities to see and be seen.
