The Nevadan Project

An ever-so-briefly proposed condo project for the Nevadan Tower never even made it to the Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board or the Planning Commission. But, it looked kick ass! I wish someone would ressurect this project.

This one is in its early phases, but the Club Cal-Neva's Nevadan Tower hotel/casino downtown would be converted into affordable condos.

UPDATE: Rumor has it the developer has completely pulled out of this project.
