This whole situation is heartbreaking for sure, and I still hesitate to fully disclose what happened out of respect, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the downtown Reno Cinemark Century Riverside Theater plans I had previously featured on here by Gung Ho Investments fell through, along with the sale which was in process of closing escrow.

I hesitated about even posting this, but I felt like since I went into so much detail about the previous plans and even toured the property with the developer, it was only fair to mention those plans fell through so the public and downtowners know what's going on in their neighborhood.
In the ad for the movie theater, it states 'Occupied by Century Theatres until 11/30/2024'
