That's too bad, but I'm not suprised. Have you seen how dire the situation is at their development near Virginia Lake? The commercial/retail aspect of that development has stalled out completely. It's odd that Shoppers Square is doing so well (relatively speaking), but just around the corner SilverStar has failed to lease one retail space in their new building.

I am also suprised that the commercial development is not doing well, I was in the running to open a sandwich shop in the building but my financing fell through. I was told that a Gandolfs (spelling sorry) New York deli was going in instead. Too Bad, I drove by today and it looks great, along with a great concept
