Fascinating to watch the progress. And how quickly we forget ... as sketched, these flood walls are way too low for this site in the River. And the terracing design would be a nightmare ...

It's funny to think I saw this and the Wingfield Tower proposed in my first year of college. Now I am graduating in May and still just getting renderings. Well at least Portland is building, can't wait to move there. Good luck Reno... looks like it could be tough.

This is awesome news. Im glad the backers of this project came to the conclusion that filling in the long-vacant space with a good, low-rise clustered mixed use development phased in over time was the right approach. Its a conclusion I arrived at several years ago and I look forward to seeing the development take shape in that too-long abandoned part of downtown. Rockin!
