Ok...which is it? The new courtyard will be on the Virginia St side or the Sierra St side?

As a buyer at the Montage I think this type of confidence Dermody is showing in downtown reflects what we also believe (and hope for what we're paying) and it's exciting!

I think Pegs is in the BofA building, or part of the BofA building, just north of the Dermody property.

Mike- Thanks for keeping track, and good job as always on the website. I echo Fernando's comments on a recent post that you are THE go-to guy for all downtown scoop. To answer some questions, the courtyard is designed for the Sierra Street side, and will be a real nice addition to an already great district. Pegs is in fact in the building next door to the North.
