My employers have some LEED-AP designers in our firm, but demand for LEED certified design work is not there for many projects, especially in the current construction climate. It's unfortunate that many owners and developers will ignore the significant reduction in a building's lifetime maintenance costs in favor of saving money on a short-term basis by not seeking LEED certification. This project is really great news, and if you have more info about the designers (and the clients or owners) it would be greatly appreciated!!!
