That is dissapointing about the Arterra. Hopefully they come up with a solid backup plan. A highrise would have looked very good there, and added some density south of the river. Now we should just put something on that HUGE parking lot. I can't blame them, I can't imagine many condos selling in this market. Building a highrise is a huge risk.

Amendment 21 look like a good project. So where does one park to go there? is it Validated? I think that's an issue with that location.

Walking past Amendment 21 a few days ago when somebody exited the front door. I asked if it was open, he said no but come on in for a tour. It does indeed look like a first class operation with lots of wide screen TV's, one 10 foot screen, meeting room and (he said) a reasonably priced menu. He also said they hope to open in a week or less.

Bibo is still going into the BofA space as well. It looks like quite a interesting design, very modern and clean. Exciting!

Amendment 21 opened yesterday. I had lunch there today. The food was pretty good and the hamburger was huge. Prices for sandwiches & wraps were mostly in the $7 to &10 range, maybe a little high but not horribly out of line. I noticed the room that had been shown to me as an intended meeting room now has a pool table in it. They must have reconsidered the meeting room concept. Parking is available in the ramp that surrounds the building. They will validate your ticket for free parking. Enter from S. Sierra next to Peg's and exit onto S. Virginia.
