I think this a great concept, very forward thinking, but I would love to see something like this in the downtown core area. I mean whats the point of having mini arches naming the alley's in downtown when theres nothing to do there? I was thinking how great would it be to have boutique shops lining the alley like as if it were a urban mall? I am hoping that with the Fitz being turned into a boutique hotel that L3 contributes to Douglas Alley.

I'm really excited about this project. Downtown Reno could use some more urban infill projects like this one (or like The District at Victorin Square for that matter). On a sidenote, I stopped by Virginia Lake Crossing and they are doing a great job! It's very similar to Brighton Manor, but with a bit more flare. I'm curious to see what they come up with for the retail portion of the development. I have to say I'm really impressed by the housing designs SilverStar Communities is bringing to Reno. They aren't your typical generic, cookie cutter, taupe colored, stucco homes.

This project looks awesome. I love the design and the concept of using the alleyway in such a way. Major props to these guys.
