News 4-11-07 Guy Posts Condo Prices Downtown

4/11/07 - GUY POSTS THE HARD NUMBERS - Guy over at Diane's Real Estate Blog posted the numbers for downtown condo prices. The bottom line? The prices are decreasing as prices fall throughout the home market. I am not exactly sure what all the numbers mean, but a lot of people anticipate them, so go check them out!
