Permit In Review for 200 South Center Street

Desert Wind Homes and Center + Pine has submitted a permit for the remodel of 200 South Center Street, with a permit value of more than a million dollars. The permit reads:

DESERT WIND HOMES

REMODEL. RENOVATION OF EXISITING STRUCTURE, (24) NEW APARTMENTS, FUTURE 1ST FLOOR TENANT SPACE.

    Saw a dumpster out front of 236 Sierra the other day (anything going on with that Vine-o? Reno spot? Saw windows were put in the motel at 1150 W 2nd St on a trip out to Dickerson. And lastly, the 3rd Street Flats look like they're coming together. The only thing we need to do now is keep our rents low. The Truckee Meadows is getting a little ridiculous and superficial if you ask me.

    I would like to know if they will be for sale or rent as well. Would be a killer investment to get a few of these.
