The Virginian's facade continues to improve downtown. The Virginian, formerly a hotel casino, was bought by Siegal Group and converted into residential units.
Last time I inquired, the building was already at capacity.
The rooms were fully refurbished with kitchenettes, new beds, flat screen TVs, renovated lobby. Rents start at $864 a month. Most units lack a full kitchen, but have refirgerators and microwaves.
