Virginian Lettering Coming Down

The Virginian, located at 140 North Virginia Street next to city hall, is removing the 'Casino' marquee off the side of the building today. The building is owned by Siegel Group and is part of the Siegel Suites brand.

How long has Siegel owned that building? Nice to see some progress but it seems way overdue.
