On the corner of South Wells Avenue and Cheney Street, a 2,129 sq. ft. fast food restaurant previously occupied by Taco Johns at 770 South Wells Avenue sold for $1,650,000 ($775.01 per sq. ft.). The property was purchased by Roberto's Taco Shop. DCG represented the seller in this transaction.
