Suite 103 has opened, replacing the long-closed JB Mapes & Co at 50 North Sierra Street, Suite 103. I love their colorful signage. Be sure to stop by and try them out!

Tully, Rent, labor, insurance, taxes, heat, power ,advertising, equipment, cost of goods, paper goods, china, glassware silver, dishwashing chemicals, hood cleaning, sanitation chemicals, permits... Add it all up and if you make a profit you are doing well. 7 out of 10 new restaurants fail.

Finally made it there last night with another couple. This place is over the top with service and gastronomic offerings that continue to put downtown back on the dining map. NOT overpriced for the service and quality of food. We look forward to making it back again and again.
Why are all the new restaurants so expensive.
