    At least he didn't buy another property to slumlord. Fire at his sparks place. No awnings and tenants leaving el cortez. Hasn't done sh!t to tap house and java jungle building. Guy is a disgrace and should be fined until he sells his buildings.

    With this developer "I'll believe it when I see it". The guy is a slum lord, pure and simple. The El Cortez actually looks worse since he bought it, something I did not believe was possible.
