According to Dickson Commercial, the former Riverboat Apartments on the corner of West 2nd Street and North Sierra Street at 34 West 2nd Street sold for $9,010,043 ($68,257.90 per planned unit). The property was acquired as a redevelopment opportunity with plans for approximately 132 multifamily units and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The property was recently foreclosed on by their bank lender then resold, after prior development plans fell through (twice). Third time is a charm?
