CAI Investments will be opening the east tower of their multi-block property as 'Reno Suites' according to a new sign on the building and a new verified listing on Apartments.com
It will be temporary until CAI Investments is ready to remodel the east tower into apartments.

Their web site seems to be set up to book individual nights or any length of time. Their web site states there are no resort fees associated with booking a room.
I'm not sure yet where they're going with this business model, but it's nice to see the tower opening back up. On their official web site it seems you can book individual nights, but on their Apartments.com listing, rates are listed as monthly.

The west side of the property, west of Center Street, is still being planned as 500+ apartments with full kitchens, and balconies for each unit.
No word on when 'Reno Suites' is opening up yet, or if they'll be marketing and pushing daily rates or monthly rates.
The hotel rooms themselves are pretty much unchanged from when Harrah's was open. Some rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave.
