Reno Beer Crawls

If wine walks aren't your thing, try a beer crawl! Unlike the wine walks, our beer crawls are usually themed, everything from Celtic to Superheroes to Zombies to Vampires and the list goes on and on. Having 20+ bars within a 5 block radius makes it convenient to hold massive beer crawls that attract thousands and thousands downtown. The Santa Crawl drew over 6,000 participants downtown on a snowy night. While some other cities have beer crawls no one does it like Reno.

It happens on the 4th Saturday of every month, and there's usually enough holidays to spread out between the 12 crawls that happen every year.

My personal starting point for each beer crawl is Amendment 21, mostly because it's the nearest bar and they have an ominous black Darth Vader shuttle to take you from bar to bar. It's particularly effective on Halloween.
