A permit has been submitted for a new apartment building downtown at 147 Ralston Street.
The permit reads:
COMMERCIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION. APARTMENT BUILDING CONSISTING OF; 34 RENTAL APARTMENT UNITS, 1 LEASABLE SPACE, PARKING GARAGE AND ROOFTOP DECK.
The low-rise project will be four stories tall, or about 56 feet. Exciting! There was previously a demo permit back in March for the home that resided on this property.
