New tenant coming to RPM, plus Mynt becoming Dispensary downtown

A new tenant improvement has been filed at Reno Public Market. The permits reads

COMMERCIAL DEMOLITION - INTERIOR. DEMOLISH THE EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS OF SUITES 103 & 105 TO PREPARE FOR TENANT IMPROVEMENTS FOR A NEW TENANT. DEMO INCLUDES FINISHES, WALLS, CEILINGS, LIGHTING, POWER & PLUMBING.

I'm guessing this is one of the exterior suites and not within the food hall. I'll have to go find the suite numbers next time I'm at RPM. No word on who the tenant is yet. I'm not sure if this is FiftyFifty Brewing Company, I don't think it is, since their previous tenant improvement permit was for Suite 145. There was also a dentist office tenant improvement permit for Suite 127. T-Mobile occupies Suite 107. Wyld Market is suite 175, Far Out Snow Coalition (now closed) was Suite 162, so I think this is on the outside of RPM. 

Beloved Bakery construction is coming along nicely, and a gymnastics center also recently opened in the market, along with Pet Station. 

In other permit news, a new sign permit for 132 E 2nd Street indicates that Mynt Dispesnary, which I beleive is the only marijuana dispensary located downtown, will become The Dispensary, joining their Plumb Lane location.
